Enquiry data
What you share. Why we ask.
Information collected
The form asks for your name, email, optional phone and organisation, enquiry type, message and consent. Do not send medical records, passwords or sensitive documents.
How it is used
Details are stored in Supabase and used to respond to your request. KSL does not request payment details through this form.
Access and requests
Use the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion. Provide enough context to identify the enquiry without sending additional sensitive information.
Dashboard access
The public website key can submit enquiries but should not read them. The KSL dashboard uses server-side credentials; dashboard access is managed separately. Do not include medical records or other sensitive documents in an enquiry.
Browser storage
The public website does not store enquiry messages in local storage. External research links are governed by their publishers’ privacy practices.
