Wear the EMS suit.
Electrodes sit over several muscle regions.
An EMS suit uses electrical impulses to stimulate your muscles while you move through guided exercises. Experience it with KSL.
Guided training available with XBody equipment.
Our own connected system is in development.

01 / How it works
Electrical muscle stimulation turns a signal into a muscle contraction. In whole-body EMS training, an EMS suit delivers that signal while you exercise.
Electrodes sit over several muscle regions.
A trainer leads selected movements and oversees settings.
Your response helps shape the next conversation.

02 / Your first experience

Start with a conversation. Get familiar with the equipment. Move under supervision.
No need to arrive knowing how EMS works. Your trainer explains the session, discusses suitability and helps you understand the sensations.
Your first visit Request a sessionInside the suit

Electrode contacts are held against the torso, arms, sides and thighs by the suit. A future KSL garment would need to integrate those contacts reliably. The trainer checks fit, explains the sensation and guides each movement.
Your brain sends a message through nerves to activate a muscle.
The suit supplies a timed pulse at the skin. It bypasses the usual message from the brain by activating nearby motor nerves. You still choose the movement.
03 / Find your reason

Carrying, climbing, lifting, moving. Strength matters long after a session ends.

Explore04 / The science
There is research behind whole-body EMS. The useful questions are: for whom, under what conditions, and with what results?

08 / Your questions
Electrical muscle stimulation uses impulses delivered through electrodes to stimulate muscle contractions. In guided whole-body EMS training, you perform movements while wearing an EMS suit.
Yes. EMS training involves movement and guidance. It is not a passive replacement for a complete activity routine.
No. Current services use XBody equipment and software. KSL’s own EMS suit, app and assistant are in idea and design.
No. Screening is required, and some health conditions or circumstances may make it unsuitable. Discuss your situation with the team and obtain clinical advice where appropriate.
We do not make that conversion. Session duration alone does not establish equivalent training results.
Submit a session request with your details and preferred availability. The team will confirm suitability steps, location and timing.
