Questions about EMS or suitability?
Request a guided sessionCommon questions
Before you begin.
What is EMS?
Electrical muscle stimulation uses impulses delivered through electrodes to stimulate muscle contractions. In guided whole-body EMS training, you perform movements while wearing an EMS suit.
Do I still need to exercise?
Yes. EMS training involves movement and guidance. It is not a passive replacement for a complete activity routine.
Is the KSL EMS suit available to buy?
No. Current services use XBody equipment and software. KSL’s own EMS suit, app and assistant are in idea and design.
Can anyone try EMS?
No. Screening is required, and some health conditions or circumstances may make it unsuitable. Discuss your situation with the team and obtain clinical advice where appropriate.
Does a short EMS session equal hours in a gym?
We do not make that conversion. Session duration alone does not establish equivalent training results.
How do I book?
Submit a session request with your details and preferred availability. The team will confirm suitability steps, location and timing.
Is the centre fully open?
The broader centre and its recovery and wellness menu are being planned. Ask the team which services are currently available.
Does KSL have a live AI assistant?
No. The assistant and connected KSL app are proposed products. Website examples describe the intended experience, not available functionality.
